New UBS To Use ADS' Global Trader And Windows NT; SBC's FX System To Be Global Platform At Merged Bank

BASLE--The newly formed UBS bank plans to upgrade and extend its use of the Global Trader trade capture and position keeping system from ADS Systems for its global foreign exchange traders. SBC Warburg Dillon Read is a long time user of Global Trader. The former Union Bank of Switzerland FX traders will use the ADS software when they move onto the former SBC trading floors around the globe.
