Mutual.net To List On OFEX

LONDON--themutual.net, the community-based British portal, is listing on OFEX, the off-exchange share matching and trading facility established by J.P. Jenkins Ltd. A prospectus has been prepared and listing should go forward in February. Users of themutual.net have up to 50 percent equity in the company, and the listing of OFEX will put value on the allocated shares of the mutual.net’s members.
