TANTUS ACQUIRED BY HEYDE IN GERMANY

: Tantus, the UK-based treasury trading and risk management vendor announced last Friday it had been acquired by Heyde, an Bad Nauheim, Germany-based IT provider and systems integrator for £5 million (approximately $7.5 million). Peter Watts, managing director of Tantus will assume management responsibilities for Heyde's UK business. Tantus will keep its brand name and there will be no redundancies. Tantus markets the 100 per cent Java Siena System.
