Rick Adam's Neon Targets Financial Biz, Nabs Scully

Contrary to the impression he gave a year ago, ex-Goldman Sachs & Co. partner in charge of technology and operations Rick Adam is not focusing his software start-up solely on the health care marketplace, but is indeed targeting the financial world as well. To this end, New Era of Networks (Neon), Adam's Denver-based software vendor, has hired Kevin Scully, erstwhile J.P. Morgan & Co. I.T. vice president, and has made him its senior vice president and general manager of financial services.
