Designer Of TSE's CATS Launches Market Simulator

Don Unruh, former Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE) vice president for international trading, has resurfaced with a market simulation software package that compares and evaluates disparate market structures. Unruh says he also plans to release a traders' technical analysis system based on the same software "this year."
Unruh says the market simulation system -- MarketScript II -- will allow exchanges to evaluate planned rule changes and would-be exchanges to decide which of the various market
