has been named chief representative in Japan for Cognotec, the Dublin-based automated trading software vendor. Duke joins Cognotec from Kindle Banking Systems, where he was general manager for Asia.IFS APPOINTS BOWE AS GENERAL MANAGER
Rosemary Bowe
has been named general manager of Dublin-based International Financial Systems (IFS), the maker of the Marginman foreign exchange margin trading system.
