Merrill Lynch & Co. has established its digital market data distribution strategy for the foreseeable future. According to Merrill officials, the firm has opted not to mandate that a single platform be used to support all its traders worldwide; instead, Merrill has selected Reuters' Teknekron Software Systems Inc. unit to provide systems for its fixed-income traders and Reuters proper for its equities traders. In addition, Merrill sees a role for Market Vision Corp. in its bond trading room
