CPL Moves In with TCA

VENDOR UPDATE

LONDON--City Practitioners Ltd. (CPL), the financial IT consultancy that bought floundering rival TCA Consulting for £1 on Nov. 4, has moved into TCA’s offices and set about integrating the combined work force.

CPL now has approximately 80 staff members--45 from CPL and 35 who remained at TCA after several rounds of job cuts (approximately 170 just over a year ago)--all overseen by CPL CEO Tom Kozlowski. CPL moved from 14 King St. in London to TCA’s offices at New City Court, St. Thomas St., on
