Ian Blance has left Interactive Data, after a career spanning more than a decade at the vendor. Blance originally joined as manager of fixed-income evaluations from Nikko Europe in 1995, and most recently served as vice-president of evaluation services. The firm does not expect to replace Blance, whose responsibilities will be shared between business line director Bob Cumberbatch and Magnus Cattan, a manager in the fixed-income department who will oversee European
