The Federation of European Securities Exchanges has elected Hans-Ole Jochumsen, president of Nasdaq OMX Nordic and executive vice president of transaction services for Nasdaq OMX Group overall, as the industry body's president. Before taking his current role, Jochumsen was president of the Information Services and New Markets business area at Nordic technology provider and exchange group OMX, prior to its merger with Nasdaq.
