Russell Hires Stark for EU Push
Russell Indexes has appointed Scott Stark as director of its business in Europe to broaden its activities in the region. Stark was previously director of marketing and business development for Markit’s index business in Europe, prior to which he was CEO of bond platform EuroMTS’s index group and CEO of European index provider Stoxx.
