Merlin Taps Robert Garrett for CTO
Prime brokerage and technology solutions provider Merlin Securities has named Robert Garrett CTO. Merlin poached Garrett from Deutsche Bank, where he was global head of execution services technology. Merlin has more than 500 hedge fund clients.
