Fator Selects SunGard for Trade Management
Fator Securities has selected SunGard's Valdi order management system (OMS) for its trade management requirements.
The US-based broker-dealer has also joined the SunGard Global Network (SGN) for connectivity to equities and derivatives exchanges. Valdi will assist the firm with trade automation and execution, as well as a consolidated view of risk management, and the link to SGN gives it access to over 120 markets globally.
"We selected SunGard to help us automate workflow, lower costs and increase revenue through the ability to source new liquidity through SGN," says Erminio Lucci, head of sales and trading at Fator. "By using SunGard for order management and global connectivity we can rely on one strategic vendor partner to help us grow our business."
