Vista Equity Partners Continues Acquisition Push, Buys CDC Software
Private equity firm Vista Equity Partners completed the acquisition of CDC Software, of Atlanta, which follows a purchase agreement that was announced last March. The acquisition will leave CDC, a software provider, as an independently operating and standalone company.
The parties say the agreement was initiated to provide CDC Software more spending flexibility and investment capability than was previously provided for under its original parent, CDC Corporation.
