RR Donnelly Buys Edgar Online
Financial printing services provider RR Donnelley is to buy company filings and financial data vendor Edgar Online to expand its financial disclosure management services. Edgar Online already provides XBRL filing services as part of RR Donnelley’s Financial Services offering, and will leverage RR Donnelley’s resources to drive development of its governance, risk and compliance solutions. The deal is valued at about $70.5 million and is expected to close in Q3.
