London-based Forum Trading Solutions, the special purpose vehicle set up to acquire the technology division of troubled exchange group Plus Markets, has hit the ground running in its first week of operation licensing the technology to clients.
Headed by co-founder and non-executive chairman Hirander Misra, a co-founder and former COO of multilateral trading facility (MTF) Chi-X, Forum is starting out with good news. Shareholders have accepted the Icap offer for Plus SX, the small-to-mid-cap
