RTS Joins Equinix Hong Kong Data Center

RTS Realtime Systems connects to Equinix Hong Kong data center.

RTS will use the data center to support multi-asset trading for its clients on Asia-Pacific exchanges.

"Hong Kong is the main gateway into and out of China and a major financial hub," says Andy Woodhouse, RTS managing director, Asia-Pacific. "Physical connectivity is key, and through the deployment in Equinix's data center in Hong Kong, we are able to facilitate trading on both the Hong Kong Mercantile Exchange and the Hong Kong Exchange, but more importantly on markets all over the world."
