See You at Waters USA
As the name might suggest, this is our biggest conference and it brings together both the sell and buy sides. But since this is a buy-side focused column, let me alert you to the hedge fund and asset management speakers we will have.
The highlight of the show is the C-Level Roundtable discussion, which will kick off right after the Keynote address to be delivered by Bank of America's David Reilly.
The C-Level panel, which will touch on a wide array of industry issues, will include BlackRock's chief technology officer, Scott Condron, alongside Credit Suisse's Adam Broun and JPMorgan's Richard Anfang. A presentation from Craig Lewis, director and chief economist in the US Securities and Exchange Commission's Risk, Strategy and Financial Innovation division, is set to follow.
Also appearing on panels throughout the day will be Michael Radziemski, CIO of Lord Abbett; Michael Levas, founder of Olympian Capital Management; Maher Almanakly of Moore Capital Management and BlackRock's Supurna VedBrat.
The event will finish with a keynote by Richie Etwaru, COO of Group Technology at UBS and a plenary panel led by Joseph Lodata, the former COO of Alliance Bernstein; Mary Kotch, the CTO of AIG Chartis; as well as Etwaru and Radziemski.
After the final panel we hope you will stay around to mingle during our cocktail reception, which will be followed by this year's American Financial Technology Awards presentation.
