Eurex Clearing Names Book CEO

Eurex Clearing has named Thomas Book as its new CEO, to begin his role as part of a new governance structure for the company, taking effect April 1.

Book has been a member of Eurex Clearing's board since 2007. Also appointed to the board in the new governance changes are Heike Eckert, who will be chief operating officer; Thomas Laux, who will be chief risk officer and Eric Müller, who will lead Treasury.
