The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation has named five new members of its board, including the chief legal officer of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (Finra).
Robert Colby, chief legal officer of Finra, is joined on DTCC's board by Paul Compton, co-chief administrative officer for the corporate and investment bank and deputy head of operations at JP Morgan Chase; David Crawford, executive vice-president and head of global transaction banking services at State Street; Suni Harford
