Hyperion AM Joins Calastone’s Network

brisbane
Brisbane-based Hyperion AM will use Calastone's Australian network.

The Calastone network will help Hyperion reduce the risk inherent with manual processes and improve the firm's accuracy and timing.

"The immediate benefit to Hyperion clients is the provision of intra-day cash-flow reporting to the firm's portfolio managers," says Tim Samway, managing director at Hyperion Asset Management. "The sooner we are apprised of large cash flows, the sooner we can transact on behalf of our clients."

According to Calastone, more than 40 percent of the market has joined the Calastone network since it went live in Australia in November 2011.
