Paladyne Management Team in Shake-Up, Sources Confirm

Three sources have confirmed that Shalaby, president of Paladyne, and Alderson, managing director, are no longer with the vendor. Additionally, those sources confirm that Sol Zlotchenko, the vendor's CTO, left six months ago. The sources say that Shalaby and Alderson are leaving because the company failed to meet performance goals that were tied to the deal with Broadridge, which was originally valued at $76.5 million.
