XP Investimentos Joins Perseus Network
The connection with Perseus allows XP Investimentos clients in the US, Europe and Asia to access Brazilian exchange market data and trade execution over the Global Telecoms Business Innovation link to Brazil. Perseus' network connection between New York and Brazil runs from the datacenters of Nasdaq OMX and BM&FBovespa.
"XP chose Perseus because it is the fastest network between our two most important markets New York and Brazil," says XP CIO Marcio Castro. "It is highly reliable and meets the RCB compliant features needed to move trades into the BM&FBovespa exchange."
XP executes approximately seven percent of equity volume and twenty percent of all options volume on BM&FBovespa.
