OTC Markets' disclosure service distributes company news via its trading platform, website and RSS feed, and is similar to other exchanges' regulatory news services, but serves the disclosure needs of companies listed on its marketplaces that do not have the same regulatory filing requirements as publicly-traded companies listed on exchanges, but are seeking to increase transparency and attract investors to their stock.
