Marianne Brown Lands at SunGard as COO
Last week it was announced that Brown was stepping down from Omgeo as its CEO, where she had served for seven years. In October the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) bought Thomson Reuters' stake in the post-trade-processing-solutions provider, giving the DTCC 100-percent ownership.
In a press release, Russ Fradin, SunGard's president and CEO, welcomed Brown to the team, saying that she adds "tremendous value in helping us drive the growth and performance of our financial systems
