Perfect Information released Filings Expert at the end of March in a controlled release for its first month with a limited audience, after which it will be generally available at no additional charge over the vendor's existing Navigator product, in a bid to encourage uptake of Filings Expert among users who may have only used Navigator to a limited degree.
