Bridge Growth Partners Takes Majority Stake in Solace Systems

Focus of Solace Systems going forward will be to invest in go-to-market strategies, build rich ecosystem with partners and leverage firm's technology.

As part of the deal, Tom Manley, chief administrative officer of Bridge Growth, and Alok Singh, co-founder and managing principal of Bridge Growth, will join Solace Systems' board of directors.

Manley discussed the focus of Solace Systems going forward. "We look forward to partnering with Craig Betts (founder, president and CEO of Solace Systems) and his experienced, driven management team in pursuing and achieving an exciting new phase of opportunity and growth for Solace Systems," Manley says. "Together, we will focus on helping Solace accelerate growth by further investing in its go-to-market strategies, building a rich ecosystem with leading alliance partners, and leveraging the company's proven and innovative technology. We believe Solace is well positioned to capitalize on the growing demands being placed on technology infrastructure, driven by rapid movement to the cloud and the influx of big data and the Internet of Things."
