Intercontinental Exchange Mulls Sale of Interactive Data Managed Solutions Biz
Having acquired Interactive Data last year, ICE plans to sell off the part of the business that it has no use for.
Sources say the exchange has engaged an unnamed investment bank to explore a sale of the Managed Solutions business—which provides web-based workstations and delivers data to customers’ websites, and hosts data portals on behalf of clients—after deeming it non-core to ICE’s overall data plans.
