Olmstead Taps Data Vet Knous
Knous has spent 30 years in buy-side investment, data and technology roles.
Knous was most recently data management practice lead at InvestTech Systems Consulting, responsible for the vendor's data management consulting delivery service, prior to which he was director of data management and control at Liberty Mutual Investments, with responsibility for data quality operations, data governance, and business ownership of data management systems.
Previously, he served as a director in PwC's Asset Management Advisory practice, leading data, technology and regulatory engagements at asset management clients, was managing director and New England regional manager at Ascend Consulting, and was head of product management at Omgeo, a director at earnings estimates vendor CCBN, and chief operating officer of Thomson Global Markets.
In his new role, he reports to Olmstead president Rob Hegarty.
