Fidessa Taps ChartIQ to Add HTML5 Charts to Trader Screens

The vendors have collaborated to develop a cutting-edge new charting display for Fidessa's trading front-end.

The partnership will allow Fidessa to make more analytics available to its trading clients, including analyst reports, price targets, historical trade activity, transaction cost analysis, and proprietary data, displayed within clients' workflow in charts developed by ChartIQ in HTML5 and JavaScript.

Officials say the collaboration highlights a trend among financial technology providers of allying with innovative startups to bring new solutions to market.
