LSEG files to dismiss MayStreet lawsuit, citing no evidence of fraud
In its response to MayStreet’s complaint filed in May, lawyers for the exchange group characterize Flannery as having “seller’s remorse.”
The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit alleging breach of contract and fraud, filed by MayStreet founder and former CEO Patrick Flannery. The exchange operator argued that none of the allegations set forth in the suit amount to “actionable fraud,” according to court documents made public last week and reviewed by WatersTechnology.
