Nasdaq to deploy Calypso on AWS, expanding cloud partnership

The platform is the latest piece of tech to move to AWS as the exchange operator looks to offer more cloud-native services.

Two years ago, Nasdaq bought Adenza for a record-setting $10.5 billion, bringing the combination of vendors AxiomSL and Calypso Technology under the exchange’s umbrella. With the assets now integrated into its financial technology division, Nasdaq has moved to make one piece of that acquisition, Calypso, a part of its ongoing partnership with Amazon Web Services, giving clients the option to deploy Nasdaq Calypso on AWS as a fully managed service.
