Iris Financial Solutions was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in London, although it has offices in San Francisco, New York and Tokyo. Iris, which has a current head count of approximately 85 and is headed up by David Ure (chairman) and Michele McGovern (chief executive), started out developing custom-built, large-scale applications for the front- and middle-offices of tier-one global banks and asset managers.
