Study highlights Euro trading inefficiencies

To date, the bulk of research into the automation of the trade lifecycle has concentrated on the front and back offices, while the middle office - the domain responsible for trade verification and affirmation - has been neglected. The study illustrates the extent to which the straight-through processing of trades in Europe would benefit by the adoption of best practices specifically to deal with these above-mentioned inefficiencies.
