Northern Trust Florida Subsidiary Licenses Perascope For Trust Assets
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
MIAMI--Northern Trust of Florida has licensed Thomson Investment Software's Perascope performance measurement system for 50 portfolio managers and 30 analysts responsible for more than $25 billion in trust assets. By February, the bank had loaded all of its 1998 data into Perascope's Sybase SQL Anywhere database. End users went live with the system in March, and in April the bank ran its first quarter performance reports with the software.
Northern Trust would not disclose the license's value.
