Big Moves at CLS
Joseph De Feo
will retire from his positions as CEO of CLS Group, and president and CEO of CLS Bank at the end of the year. De Feo took over as CEO in 2000, and served during the launch of CLS Bank in 2002. He will remain a director of CLS Group until 2006. He will be succeeded in both positions by Rob Close, currently deputy CEO of CLS Group and CLS Services. An external appointment is planned to succeed Close. In another big change at CLS, Mark Garvin has been elected the newOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
