Broadridge Releases First Mobile ProxyVote Platform for Canadian Shareholders
Canada-registered shareholders can now access Broadridge Financial Solutions’ ProxyVote.com platform on mobile data devices such as smart phones and tablets, including the Apple iPhone 4, BlackBerry, Google Android and Microsoft tablets.
Prior to the move, Canadian shareholders could only use Broadridge’s ProxyVote platform, which allows them to vote their shares on the internet, on their own personal computers, having registered for email notification and proxy materials delivery.
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
