Software Technologies Hopes IPO Will Net $95 Million: EDS Buying 1.2 Million Shares

MONROVIA,CALIF.--Software Technologies Corp. (STC), a supplier of electronic business integration software, expects to raise up to $109 million from its initial public offering of stock, expected to be completed this month.
The company also says that its Exchange Ebusiness Integration Suite for real-time process integration and management of trading partners is available. It is based on version 4.1 of STC’s E-gate Integrator, a business integration platform, also just released.
