Managers Buy CSK Software's Pacemaker To Create New Venture, 'Pacemetrics'

LONDON--Senior staff members of Dublin-based CSK Software, along with other industry veterans, recently completed a management buy-out (MBO) of the Pacemaker operational risk management business--including its development, sales, support and marketing staffs--and formed a new company Pacemetrics.
The negotiations have been going on for three months, says Jerry Goldman, the new CEO for Pacemetrics. "We feel this is a very exciting opportunity," Goldman says. "We felt Pacemaker needed special focus
