Euroclear names Chang Asia-Pacific CEO
James Chang will be Euroclear’s new CEO of Asia-Pacific, effective December 1, following an onboarding period beginning in September.
Based in Hong Kong, Chang will lead Euroclear’s strategy across Asia-Pacific, supporting growth and development of its business. Chang brings more than two decades of leadership experience at PwC in Greater China.
Chang will succeed Philippe Laurensy after his retirement in mid-2027. Philippe will remain as an adviser to James
