BT Promotes Payne to Lead Radianz Services
30-year BT veteran Payne will now hold the position of managing director of BT Radianz Services, concurrent with his role as chief operating officer for BT’s Global Banking & Financial Markets division.

In this newly created role responsible for managing the evolution of BT’s financial services products, Payne will “manage a global team offering an end-to-end specialist and cohesive Radianz proposition to BT’s customers in the capital market segment,” BT officials say.
Payne has spent more than 30 years at BT in a variety of customer-facing roles in Asia, the US and UK, having originally joined BT in a sales role in the UK. He will carry out this role concurrent with his position as chief
