WSI Data Handling and Manipulation Tool Implementation Pays Off for Citi
London - Operations groups within Citi have benefited from increased automation and improved data standardization around its customer data after going live with a reconciliation hub from software vendor Web Services Integration (WSI), officials tell Inside Reference Data.
Citi implemented the Xceptor Product Suite Reconciliation Hub in 2008 and has in the past three months started using it to its full advantage. The data handling and manipulation product takes data from various sources
