GoldenSource Automates ISIN Code Generation Process for Mifid II Reporting

The solution will gather all the required data for allocating ISIN codes to OTC products in a simplified and automated way.

The solution aims to end one of the biggest challenges facing the sell side under the new provisions for post-trade transparency, as from January 3, 2018, the reporting of OTC derivatives will require a unique identifier for every instrument across all asset classes. 

The ISINs are being allocated by the ANNA Derivative Service Bureau (DSB), which launched a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) platform in a beta environment in April this year.
