BELFAST—Citigroup is using its technology center in Northern Ireland to develop and support its trading platforms across its equity and equity derivatives, global foreign exchange (FX), global fixed-income and credit risk divisions, as well as global operations, corporate services and global transaction services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, bank officials tell DWT.
