Tower Group Study Reports Technology Spending Slowdown

NEW YORK--According to the results of a new Tower Group study, securities firms are experiencing slower growth in technology spending amid falling earnings and the weakened stock market. In addition, IT spending is shifting toward retail and infrastructure projects.
