With just under a month having elapsed since Micrognosis Inc. purchased the assets of FD Consulting Inc., details surrounding the deal continue to emerge.
First, a correction on the previous issue's story, which discussed the circumstances surrounding the buy-out (TST, July 26): Widely-respected FD software engineer Joe Noviello did not leave FD following the purchase by Micrognosis, but has remained throughout the transition and remains there still.
FD's contract with Swiss Bank Corp. continues
