ICE CEO: Fragmented Future for Futures

One result of the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act may be a fragmented US futures market, according to Jeffrey Sprecher, chairman and CEO of the IntercontinentalExchange (ICE), who spoke on a panel entitled "Setting the Stage for the Next Generation of Markets" at the Futures Indutry Association's (FIA's) Chicago conference on Nov. 3.
