CITI BUYS INTO TRADEWEB
Citi has become the latest investor in over-the-counter (OTC) multi-asset online marketplace Tradeweb by acquiring a minority stake, officials say. Further details of the deal were not disclosed. Citi joins a group of dealers already invested in Thomson Corp.'s Tradeweb, including Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and UBS (DWT, Oct. 15, 2007).
