Summit FT Upgrade Has .Net Support

PARIS—Misys Banking Systems is embracing the Microsoft .Net Web services framework with the release of Misys Summit FT, version 5.0, officials say.
The product update is the result of several years of development, says Dan Cohen, product manager for Misys Summit. "One of these developments has been the introduction of a new front-end, based on the .Net architecture," Cohen says. Microsoft's .Net architecture is coded in the C# language.
