LogicScope Revamps Board, Ownership
VENDOR UPDATE
LONDON--Market data applications integrator and connectivity solutions provider LogicScope Realisations has adjusted its board of directors and shifted shareholders in a bid to drive forward new sales and product strategies.
The vendor announced last week that it has appointed key industry figures to its board--Pat Dolan, John Jessop and Gerald Ashley--and conducted a buy-back of equity previously owned by venture capital firms. LogicScope managing director Nick Dyne says the vendor’s management
